Our Story

Built by People Who've Done the Work

Anther Business Solutions was founded and is led by Tony Wilson. Drawing on extensive senior management experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, business information systems and contract management, Tony has built the business around practical, hands-on support for New Zealand businesses. Anther has been operating since March 2012.

Tony works alongside his wife, Heather Chao, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of CA qualification and experience across local and international accounting firms. Together, they offer a combined operational and financial perspective.

Tony founded Anther Business Solutions with a clear focus on practical, hands-on support for New Zealand businesses. He brings extensive experience in import distribution, industrial supply, operations, and general management, including six years as General Manager of NSK New Zealand with full P&L responsibility. His background includes leading teams, improving business processes, supporting ERP and WMS implementations, and managing major distribution centre relocations. Tony is known for his people-first leadership style and his ability to help businesses build, improve, and scale their operations.
